Program support
Contact the program that issued your badge first. Their support information is shown on your badge card and in any activation email. Program staff can resolve issues with events, rewards, and membership tiers.

For protocol-level issues — activation failures, wallet errors, account recovery, or security concerns — email support@heartbadge.com. Include your HeartBadge ID (safe to share) and a description of the issue. Response times are listed on the status page.
