Recent transfers, masking, statuses, and how to read your wallet activity.

Your transaction history shows every reward that's flowed into or out of your wallet — earnings from programs, P2P sends and receives, gift redemptions, and platform distributions. This page explains how to read your history and what each field means.

Viewing your history

Open your rewards wallet and scroll past your balance summary. Your transaction history appears in reverse chronological order — most recent first. Each entry shows:

  • Date and time. When the transaction occurred.
  • Type. Earned, Sent, Received, Gift, Distribution.
  • Amount. The MNEE value, with a + or - indicating direction.
  • Source or destination. The program name, masked badge identifier, or "HeartBadge."
  • Status. Completed, Pending, or Failed.

Privacy and masking

When another member sends you rewards, their badge identifier is partially masked in your transaction history:

The first and last 4 digits are shown; the middle 12 are masked. This gives you enough information to recognize a frequent sender while preserving some privacy. If you need the full identifier for a dispute, contact support.

Your outgoing sends show the recipient's identifier similarly masked.

Transaction statuses

Completed

The transaction has been fully processed. For sends, the recipient has received the funds. For earnings, the rewards are in your balance (or your restricted balance, with an unlock date).

Pending

The transaction is in progress. This typically lasts only seconds on the fast tier. If a transaction is pending for more than a few minutes, it may be waiting for on-chain settlement or there may be an issue.

Failed

The transaction could not be completed. Reasons include:

  • Insufficient balance at the time of send
  • Invalid recipient identifier
  • 2FA challenge timed out or was rejected
  • Network settlement failure (rare)

Failed sends do not deduct from your balance. Tap the failed transaction for details and retry options.

Filtering and search

Above your transaction list, you can filter by:

  • Type. Show only earned, sent, received, etc.
  • Date range. View transactions from a specific period.
  • Program. Show only rewards from a specific program.

Search lets you look up transactions by amount or partial identifier.

Exporting your history

You can export your transaction history as a CSV file for your records or for tax purposes. Tap the export icon at the top of your history. The export includes all transactions with full (unmasked) identifiers, timestamps, amounts, and statuses.
