April 2026

  • Public docs launch. The Three Rings documentation structure is now live at docs.heartbadge.com. Member, operator, and developer audiences share a single canonical source.
  • HRTB two-axis model documented. Cohort tiers (Founder / Pioneer / Member / Community) and activity tiers (Dormant / Active / Engaged / Core) are now codified in Levels and Multipliers.
