Email Verification
LiveWhy email verification is required and how to complete it.
HeartBadge requires email verification for all accounts. This page explains why and how to verify.
Why verification is required
- Account recovery. If you lose access to your device, verified email is how we confirm your identity for recovery options.
- Security notifications. We send alerts about suspicious activity, 2FA changes, and high-value transactions to your verified email.
- Communication. Program updates, platform rewards, and important announcements go to your email.
How to verify
- Create account with email. When you sign up, enter a valid email address you control.
- Check your inbox. Within minutes, you'll receive a verification email from HeartBadge.
- Click the link. The link confirms your email. You'll be redirected back to the app.
- Done. Your email is now verified. You have full account access.
If you don't receive the email
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the email correctly.
- Click "Resend verification email" in the app.
- If still not received after 15 minutes, contact support@heartbadge.com.
Changing your email
You can change your email in account settings. The new email must be verified before it takes effect. Your old email remains active until the new one is confirmed.
