Program Suspension

When and how a program can be suspended, and what happens to its badges and members.

Suspension is a last resort. HeartChain Labs may suspend a program that violates its operating agreement, fails to pay fees, or endangers members. Crucially, suspending a program does not invalidate its badges — members keep what they earned.
