Member Data Handling

What data programs can see about their members, and what they cannot.

Programs see what they need to run the program — member activity inside their own events, reward history for their own payouts, tier status. Programs do not see a member's activity in other programs, their cross-program HRTB detail, or the contents of their messagebox.
